Tim Coughran, Owner
Tim Coughran began working in construction more than 20 years ago. After graduating with a B.A. in Construction Management, Tim worked in the commercial construction industry, where he supervised numerous multimillion-dollar projects. Tim enjoyed the challenges of commercial construction, but he was drawn back to the residential construction industry because he desired a stronger connection with his clients. He deeply values the close working relationships that develop during a home building project.
Tim was raised in Colorado and is married with five children. During his free time he enjoys running, traveling, woodworking, and spending time with his family. Tim has a B.A in Construction Management from Brigham Young University – Idaho and a M.S in Real Estate Development from The University of Denver.
Darren Black, project manager
Darren has a proven track record as a project manager for various construction companies. His remarkable organizational and system skills are instrumental in ensuring that our projects run smoothly and efficiently.He excels in coordinating various aspects of our construction projects, ensuring that every detail aligns seamlessly.
Darren is a proud husband and father of five children. Beyond the construction site, Darren enjoys spending quality time with his family.

Bryan Garcia, Superintendent
Bryan plays a pivotal role in our team, overseeing job site coordination among various trades and vendors. His meticulous approach ensures that every project adheres to the schedule, and he excels in communication with homeowners to keep them well-informed. Bryan brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to our projects.
What Bryan enjoys most about working in construction is witnessing the journey of a project, from its inception to the final touches. He thrives on problem-solving and values the opportunity to learn from the diverse trades he collaborates with.
Originally from Miami, Florida, Bryan made the move to Colorado in 2021. Outside of work, he is an avid outdoors enthusiast who relishes any activity that keeps him active and engaged.
Matthew mcgeever, Superintendent
Matthew is an invaluable member of our team, bringing a strong background in the trades and holding the distinction of being a certified welder. With his wealth of hands-on experience, Matthew plays a vital role in ensuring the precision and quality of our projects.
His passion for the outdoors goes hand-in-hand with his work ethic. When he's not on the job, Matthew can often be found pursuing his love for rock climbing and exploring the natural wonders of the world. His enthusiasm for the great outdoors mirrors his dedication to craftsmanship, making him a well-rounded and dynamic team member.
