Role: Superintendent
Location: Denver, CO
Position Description
The Superintendent leads the subcontractor team and directs the workflow of a project. The Superintendent schedules trades and maintains the project schedule. The Superintendent communicates with subcontractors and vendors to ensure the project is being built successfully.
Position Responsibilities
Project safety compliance
Subcontractor coordination
Architect and Interior Designer site coordination
Project scheduling
Daily reports
Quality control
Schedules city inspections
Qualifications
Minimum 1-3 years construction related experience or a 4 -year degree in Architecture, Interior Design or Construction Management
Valid driver’s license
Must reside or being willing to relocate to Colorado
Strong communication skills
Computer software - Microsoft Office Suite
