Role: Superintendent

Location: Denver, CO

Position Description

The Superintendent leads the subcontractor team and directs the workflow of a project. The Superintendent schedules trades and maintains the project schedule. The Superintendent communicates with subcontractors and vendors to ensure the project is being built successfully.

Position Responsibilities

  • Project safety compliance

  • Subcontractor coordination

  • Architect and Interior Designer site coordination

  • Project scheduling

  • Daily reports

  • Quality control

  • Schedules city inspections

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-3 years construction related experience or a 4 -year degree in Architecture, Interior Design or Construction Management

  • Valid driver’s license

  • Must reside or being willing to relocate to Colorado

  • Strong communication skills

  • Computer software - Microsoft Office Suite
