Role: Project Manager

Location: Denver, CO

Position Description

The Project Manager oversees Alderview superintendents and ensures they have the resources they need to to build a successful project. The Project Manager works directly with homeowners to ensure the project expectations are being met. The Project Manager oversees multiple projects and maintains the project budget.

  • Owner relations

  • Trade relations

  • Jobsite weekly visits

  • Owner/Design team meetings

  • Scheduling

  • Job planning

  • Quality control

  • Material procurement

  • Project budgeting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 3-5 years construction management related experience

  • Strong communication skills

  • Computer software - Microsoft Office Suite
